Stayed here during our Vaishno Devi yatra. The rooms were spotless, the AC worked perfectly and the staff arranged an early morning cab for the trek. Excellent value.

Very close to the bus stand and the yatra parchi office. Hot water was available all night and the breakfast in the CP plan was fresh and filling.

We were a family of six and took two four bedded rooms. Spacious, clean and the reception team helped with luggage storage during the trek.

Pure vegetarian food in the restaurant was a big relief. Parking was available right in front of the hotel. Would happily stay again.

Peaceful location yet everything is walking distance. The lift was very helpful for my elderly parents. Housekeeping was prompt every day.

Booked through their website and got a confirmation call within minutes. Room was exactly as shown in the photos. Very trustworthy hotel.

The reception is open round the clock, which helped as our train arrived late at night. Safe, secure and well maintained property.

Power backup worked seamlessly during a short outage. Clean bedsheets, good WiFi and courteous staff. Highly recommended for families.
